1. Service Agreement
Serene Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning tailored to your specific needs. Upon booking, a service agreement is formed outlining the scope, schedule, and any requirements discussed during the initial consultation.

 
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required promptly as per the agreed quote. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion. We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and direct bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.

 
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service charge.

 
4. Liability and Limitations
While we take every precaution to deliver excellent service, Serene Cleaning Services is not liable for damages or losses caused by external factors or unreported pre-existing conditions on your premises.
