I reached out to Serene Cleaning Services, who service the Sutherland Shire region, after a quick search using ChatGPT to find good, reliable local cleaners. They showed up as one of the highly recommended results, and after reviewing their website and Google reviews, I was confident they were legit. They assisted me with my end-of-lease clean, and within just a few WhatsApp messages I was able to get a quote, organise a time and date, and I was booked in. Super easy. They arrived early and took about 3 hours to clean my one-bedroom apartment from top to bottom. I have very tall ceilings and windows, which can be tricky, but they were very thorough. They got under the drawers, tackled all the dust, cleaned the windows, mopped the floors... everything. In fact, they cleaned the apartment better than the previous tenants had left it, based on the original condition report I completed when I moved in! Angela also advised me that if the real estate had any issues following the final inspection, they could come back and spot-clean anything that needed attention. And literally as I’m writing this review, I’ve just received confirmation from Sanders Property Agents in Jannali that the final inspection came back fantastic 👏 and I’m getting my bond back! Seriously, Serene Cleaning Services were great. No complaints at all, only compliments. So, if you’re reading this review wondering, “Should I go with Serene Cleaning Services? Are they legit?” I would highly recommend them. 👌 I’d happily recommend them to friends and colleagues. And if I needed Cleaning in the future in this region, I would go back to them.
